- What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods or digital content.
- These terms cover that you're sharing info with us, this contains order info which will be for shipping purposes and contacting purposes
- Orders getting lost in transit: If your order gets lost in transit, please let us know via emails, Instagram Messages or Twitter messages. What we’ll need from you is your name, postcode and order number that you had placed with the order. Your order number would have been emailed to you with the other info!
- If your order was delivered but was stolen from a safe place, unfortunately we cannot replace the item unless it’s a giveaway item. We can offer you a higher discount than usual.
If you’ve received the wrong size or colour: We ask you to double check your order, if you’ve definitely received the wrong item to what’s in your receipt get in contact with us ASAP and we’ll get one shipped to you ASAP. We’ll need your Surname, postcode and order number. Please include all the following in your email or message.
- When your order has been shipped, we will not be held liable for your goods. Please contact the shipping company that is responsible for shipping & delivering your item(S). This can be found in your dispatch email or text.
